Taylor Francis’ (Dog Behavior Analyst) Bagging Ceremony

We have been on a 2 month wait for behavior sessions for almost 3 years now. When our Booking Coordinator Becca schedules a session with a new client, she ends the call saying “Hang in there, help is on the way!”

Well today, reinforcements have arrived. Our lead puppy class trainer Taylor has been teaching puppy classes for nearly 2 years. Over the last 12 months she has also been apprenticing with David at his dog behavior sessions.

Today marked her graduation as a Dog Behavior Analyst.

We mark this very rare and special occasion with what we call a “Bagging Ceremony.” Here is Ms Taylor’s.

Its been rewarding to watch Taylor develop her dog behavior abilities. Although she has natural dog skills, her hard work, determination and dedication (notice her note pad?) has amplified them impressively.

Dogs are drawn to Taylor and that isn’t something you can teach. Her beautiful energy, patience and passion for dogs makes her a natural.

Seeing how well she can calm down or teach an exuberant puppy (We don’t believe there is such a thing as a “bad dog or puppy”) has impressed our puppy class parents for years. Now she will be able to bring an even bigger skillset to the table and assist adult dogs and humans as well.

After two years here at DGP, its time for Taylor to step into the spotlight and be recognized outside of puppy classes. Her amazing dog Luca wholeheartedly agrees!

Taylor will continue to lead puppy classes at our West Maple location weekday evenings, but will also be working with adult dogs during the day.
