An Omaha Dog Daycare Run By Dog Behavor Experts

Omaha dog daycare

After fixing thousands of dog behavior problems, Dog Gone Problems has opened a different kind of Omaha Dog Daycare; a low volume PLAY care club where the dog’s needs come first.

Most dog daycares are high volume facilities that pack 30, 40 even 50 dogs together in a single room.

But as Omaha’s Dog Behavior experts we know that many dogs together all day long isnt safe or what is best for them.  At our facility, we limit each room to 12 dogs so we can give each dog the individual care and attention they need to thrive.

Our doggy daycare doesn’t cut any corners. In addition to playing with and loving on all the dogs in our care, we work on their behavior, do some basic obedience training and listening when they need a break or individual help.

Providing a safe daycare for your dog is our number one priority. That’s why our doggy daycamp is so popular with dogs and their parents.

A Better Omaha Dog Daycare

We decided to create an Omaha dog daycare club that provides a better, safer and high quality option.

  • Room capacity is limited to a dozen dogs
  • We tripple screen dogs to ensure they are safe for your dog
  • W have the best dog daycare attendents in Omaha
  • We work with dogs on their manners and social skills daily
  • We conduct crate games daily to practice being calm
  • Walks, enrichment games, love and TLC every day
  • Our facility is deep cleaned DAILY to keep it impeccably clean

We take dog care incredibly seriously. Its what we have done for the last 13 years before we opened this Omaha dog daycare. We have a well earned repuation of being the dog’s advocate. So instead of being motivated to pack as many dogs as will fit into a room, we focus on providing a smaller number of pups with an amazing experience.

Requirements for Membership

.
• Dog friendly; likes to play with other dogs
• Spayed or Neutered
• Over 6 months of age
• Crate trained

Although 6 months is our minumum requirement, many puppies lack the social skills to thrive in an extended group play setting. As a result, we only recommend daycare for dogs under a year if they REALLY like to play with other dogs.

If your dog isnt fully crate trained, we can help with that (we are dog trainers, lol), but that requires short visits where we combine daycare with crate training until your dog is comfortable in the crate.

All of our doggy members are regulars, coming in the same days each week. This is one of the reasons we have such amazing daycare. At DGP, all the dogs know each other well. Plus our daycare staff knows each dog’s wants, needs, limitations and favorites places to be petted.

We do accept dogs who need daycare sporadically for now, but as more of our daycare days sell out, we expect to go to a waiting list status soon. But in the mean time…

We’re Looking for a Few Good Dogs

.
Limiting the number of dogs in each of our rooms is one of the main reasons we have the best, safest and most enriching dog daycare in Omaha.

By carefuly selecting dogs based on their temperment, friendliness and confidence – we have built a wonderful group of dogs who play, snuggle, nap and chase each other for the best experience a dog can have in Omaha.

We are quickly filling up on space as the word gets out about what we are offering. If you are looking for a premium daycare where you dog is safe and has the best time, we’d love to talk to you.

Omaha Dog Daycare Testimonials

.
We think we have the best dog day care in Omaha, but we may be biased. Here are a few thoughts from the people who bring their dog to our dog daycamp.

From Marilee

“I first met David and his staff of Dog Gone Problems when I took my puppy to training classes. I was thrilled when David opened a day care for pooches. Zuzu looks at me now in the morning, with eyes that say, “Are we going yet?” Originally I signed Zuzu up for one session a week, but now I intend to add more. Such a happy place.”
