The short version, is that our email software can no longer accurately identify email opens from our customers that are using Apple Mail. This means that our system can’t see that you have been opening emails, and thought that you were not interested in receiving these messages any longer.
Moving forward, our software has been updated so that it doesn’t rely on Apple email opens to determine engagement. i.e. Your email should not be suppressed again.
