A Dog Gone Play Date

Today I invited a few client dogs over to play with my pack of dogs, from left bottom; Brynn, Farley, Mishka, Brewton, Cali, Solo, Rocky and little Tinker’s ears are poking out in the bottom.
Brynn, Mishka, Brewton and Tinker are puppies around 4 months old so the goal was to get them some socialization. Solo was previously owned by some dog show people and, well let’s just say they did a horrendous job of socialization. Poor Solo is timid around just about anything he doesn’t already know so I thought he would enjoy some dog interaction and a chance to make new friends.
The GoDogGo automatic fetch and throw machine was a big hit, although Cali was the most interested.
He’s a little dog, but Tinker was probably the most active of all the pooches. Here he is wrestling with Solo as Mishka and Brewton watch.
Rocky (Center) and Solo were by far the most reserved dogs, but even they got into some play action as the day went on.
You know it was a successful play date when a four-month-old Siberian Husky decides a bed of rocks makes a good pillow! Poor Mishka wore herself all out. Im sure her guardians are enjoying her deep slumber at home now.
